3. Payments & Billing

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delayed payments may result in service suspension or project delay.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.
VN Creative Works reserves the right to revise pricing for new projects or ongoing services with prior notice.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final approved deliverables unless otherwise stated in writing.

Draft concepts, proposals, internal frameworks, and strategy models remain the intellectual property of VN Creative Works unless explicitly transferred.
VN Creative Works reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies unless confidentiality is requested in writing.
Clients must ensure that any content, images, or materials provided to us do not infringe upon third-party copyrights.

Login credentials
Financial details
Proprietary information
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

Digital marketing, advertising, SEO, and growth strategies are influenced by external factors such as:

Audience behavior
Budget allocation
While VN Creative Works applies strategic expertise and professional execution, we do not guarantee specific revenue figures, search engine rankings, ad performance metrics, or viral growth outcomes.
Results may vary depending on business variables beyond our control.
